Wu Fan, Vice Secretary General of the Chinese Union of Zurich and Swiss attorney at law, practices law at her own law office in Switzerland and is registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich. Her area of practice includes the structuring of international direct investments (e.g. the acquisition of or participation in European companies by Chinese investors) and business creation or relocation in Switzerland, corporate housekeeping and all other corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.
