Des Woods

Chairman and Partner, Møller PSF Group

Des Woods is Chairman and a founding partner of the Møller PSF Group, based at Churchill College, in the University of Cambridge. He works with the leadership of global and domestic professional services firms, in the development of leadership and client relationship capability aligned to the strategy of their firms. Des has an international reputation in the development of high performance team working. He has designed and implemented strategically aligned change and leadership programmes on a global scale across many market sectors. Areas include legal services, accounting and consulting professional services and within retail, telecoms, aerospace and hi-tech sectors.

Des teaches at postgraduate level at University College London and with the BPP Business School as well as contributing to Executive Education programmes at the Judge Business School, in the University of Cambridge. As a member of the Executive Education faculty at the Judge and at the Møller Centre, Cambridge, he participates regularly in partner and senior associate programmes for a number of professional firm clients including global accounting and law firms.

Des was Head of Professional and Organizational Development at Linklaters, a leading global law firm. Previously he spent many years with Ernst & Young, a global accounting and consulting firm. He was variously, HR Director, and Head of Learning for the firm. He has also held senior roles and directorships with a number of large retail and telecom businesses.
