Hayley Wills

Legal Counsel, Avis Budget 

Hayley Wills is a Legal Counsel at Avis Budget. She covers the European, Middle East and Asian regions and assists the business in all commercial law matters. Her work ranges from drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, training the business on various legal topics to project managing various legal initiatives.

Prior to working at Avis Budget, Hayley worked at Google which was where she also trained as a solicitor. While at Google, Hayley worked with a number of areas of the business including Google Maps, Competition, YouTube and Marketing.

Hayley received her degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and studied for her law exams at the College of Law, London. She is a keen skier and also enjoys running and watching the latest films at the cinema.
