Bryan D. Treglia

Associate, Quarles & Brady

Bryan Treglia is a member of the Quarles & Brady’s Intellectual Property Group.  Bryan’s practice touches the full spectrum of intellectual property counseling, including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, intellectual property licensing and technology-related business transactions.  Bryan’s patent practice focuses on domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, particularly in the chemical, semiconductor, computer hardware, computer software, electrical, mathematical and biochemical arts.

Prior to earning his law degree, Bryan worked in various engineering and management roles at Intel Corporation, including Process Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager.  This industry experience has provided him with extensive expertise in semiconductor processing technologies, semiconductor architecture and design, semiconductor packaging materials and techniques, and software design, particularly for real-time reporting and statistical data analysis applications.

Bryan holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and conducted undergraduate research on moisture absorbing polymer gels.  He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and was a Pedrick Scholar and a Center for the Study of Law, Science, and Technology.  Bryan was also awarded a Law, Science, and Technology Certificate with a specialization in Intellectual Property.
