Brian Spiro
Student, University of Miami School of Law
Brian Spiro is a second year student at the University of Miami School of Law, where he is a candidate for the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review and a member of the Cardozo Legal Society. During the summer of 2011, Brian clerked at the Supreme Court, State of New York for the Honorable Thomas A. Adams.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington in 2007. There, he concentrated in Business Economics and Public Policy with a minor in Political Science. During this time, Brian spent one semester studying currency integration of the European Union in Barcelona, Spain at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB).
Prior to attending law school, Brian lived in Chicago, IL for three years and worked for Discover Financial Services in their Consumer Lending and Banking Operations department. In addition, he worked within Discover’s Acquisition Strategies and Education Finance groups. After Discover, Brian was a project manager at Command Security Corporation implementing efficiency measures through technology for LaGuardia (New York City) and LAX (Los Angeles) airports.
Brian is originally from Woodmere, NY and currently resides in Miami, FL. He enjoys international travel, golf, and tennis.
