Tara Schoen

Student, Fordham Law School

Tara Schoen is in her second year of law school at Fordham University in New York City.  Since starting law school, Tara has had incredible opportunities to put her legal studies into practice.  Her legal experience includes commercial litigation, sports management law at the 2012 Olympics in London, and research in government matters while interning for the United States Senate on Capitol Hill. 

Prior to law school, Tara graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government and French. After her time at Harvard, she decided to forgo an investment banking job overseas to join the Teach for America movement. During this time, Tara published an educational book, started a non-profit charity and was named Teacher of the Year. Her career goal is to combine her interests in business, law and leadership to ultimately make a difference in the lives of others.

Aside from work, Tara enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling the world, exploring different cultures and meeting new people.
