Robert E. Rosen

Rob Rosen, Professor of Law, joined the University of Miami School of Law faculty in 1984. He teaches courses in professional responsibility, business associations, children and the law, sociology of law, and contracts.
Rob earned an A.B. from Harvard College in 1974, an M.A. in sociology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977, a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1979, and a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of California at Berkeley in 1984.
During the 1987-88 academic year, Rob was on leave at Harvard University as a fellow in Harvard’s Program in Ethics and the Professions, and in 1994 he was a research scholar at Stanford Law School.
