Matthew Pfaff
Student, Indiana University Maurer School of Law
Matthew Pfaff is a third year student at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He is currently a mediator for the Viola J. Taliaferro Family and Children Mediation Clinic, a research assistant for Professor Deborah Widiss, and a writing tutor for Indiana University. During the summer of 2012, Matthew worked as law clerk for the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Summer Honors Program. During the summer of 2011, he worked as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Matthew participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Federal Communications Law Journal during his second year of law school.
A native of the Chicagoland area, Matthew attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with distinction in 2008. After graduation, he worked at the Chicago office of Jenner & Block. In his free time, Matthew enjoys baking and television shows that are too embarrassing to list.
