Pia Núñez

Student, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

Pia Núñez is a last year law student from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. During her high school years she was an active participant in community work and joined the 2006 Leaders of the Future Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the summer of 2007 she travelled to Niza to learn French. In her senior year she was named Deputy Head Girl.

Since her second year at law school, Pia has been a member of the Centro de Libre Competencia UC and in 2011 she spent 5 months working in the Chilean Antitrust Agency (Fiscalía Nacional Económica). Last year she was awarded a scholarship given to the best Commercial Law Student of her year. In 2012 she represented Chile in the Jessup International Law Competition and was teaching assistant in the Chilean Diplomatic Academy.

She has an interest in Public International Law and International Commerce, as well as social entrepreneurship and sports. Pia is a native Spanish speaker and fluent English Speaker.
