Moray McLaren

Moray McLaren is an associate professor for the MBA program at IE Business School in Madrid. Moray is also an associate professor for the Masters program in Law in a European and Global Context at the Universidade Católica in Lisbon. In 2010, he launched the Lawyers’ Management Program, a leadership platform for corporate counsel and law firm leaders.
Moray was previously a business manager at the law firm SNR Denton and head of business development at the International Bar Association. At that time, he was elected chairman of the Professional Marketing Forum, an industry group for professional services marketers in London. In 2005, Moray co-founded the Iberian Legal Group, which provides knowledge and networking services for the Spanish and Portuguese legal communities. He was honorary treasurer of the UK’s largest mediation service and vice chairman of Mediation UK.
Moray earned a BA from the University of Wales (1988) and an MA from the University of London (1990). He completed the UK law exams at the College of Law of England and Wales (1994), studied mediation at the London School of Economics (1998), and has an MBA in Law Firm Management from Nottingham Law School (2000).
