Moray assists businesses on strategy and planning and being more effective in their business development. He has been working with professional service firms and particularly law firms since 1997 - gaining experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the USA.
In 2005, Moray co-founded the Iberian Legal Group - a research, networking and publishing group for lawyers across the Spanish and Portuguese speaking world - serving as the first editor of Iberian Lawyer magazine. He continues to serve on their Advisory Board and writes widely on leadership issues, chairs a successful series of Master Classes for law firm leaders, and is a regular conference speaker.
Last year, Moray became a Senior Consultant with Kerma Partners, the global consulting group. He is also an Associate Professor at IE Business School - a member of the MBA faculty - and their representative within Law Without Walls. He divides his time between Madrid and London.
Moray gained an MBA in Law Firm Management in 2000. He is a trained business coach and a member of the Circle of Experts for the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Report. After law school, Moray started his career with the International Development Law Organisation in Rome working on harmonisation of legal practice and training lawyers across Central Europe before moving to London, working as a Business Manager at a leading global law firm. He divides his time between London and Madrid.
