Angela Marston

Angela Marston is an Associate at Eversheds LLP, specialising in employment law and business immigration law. Angela deals with a broad caseload of employment tribunal work including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims and she conducts her own advocacy. Angela also provides non-contentious employment advice, including drafting contractual documentation, handbooks and policies/procedures for employers and advising on employee severances, business reorganisations and collective redundancies. Angela is also a business immigration specialist and regularly advises clients on the strategic and practical issues arising from international recruitment.
Angela qualified as a Solicitor in September 2009 after completing her training contract with the firm. During her training contract, Angela gained experience in real estate, mergers and acquisitions and spent eight months on secondment with Asda’s in-house legal team. Angela has a keen interest in business development and corporate social responsibility and has been involved in many initiatives over the past five years.
In 2005, Angela graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a First Class MA (Hons) Degree in Economic and Social History. She subsequently converted to Law and gained a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
