Lauren Madigan
Program Coordinator, LawWithoutWalls
Lauren Madigan joined the LawWithoutWalls team as Program Coordinator in the fall of 2011. Her diverse background includes working in the Information Technology departments of three Los Angeles law firms — Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom; TroyGould; and Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner & Senet. Lauren also worked professionally as an actress in film, theatre and television in New York and Los Angeles, and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and Actors’ Equity Association.
Lauren graduated cum laude with a double major in Drama and Speech from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., and studied design in the Extension program at the University of California, Los Angeles. She was Chairwoman of the Parental Engagement Program in the Junior League of Baltimore, helping inner-city schools establish strong parent-teacher organizations.
Lauren, her husband, Nick, and their six-year-old son, Sebastian, moved last summer to Miami from Baltimore. The three have traveled to Britain, Canada and Mexico, and plan further adventures. Lauren loves Pilates and riding bikes with her son, and is a bit of a news junkie. She is having a great time working with people from all over the world as part of LawWithoutWalls.
