Nicolas Jacquemart

Student, University of St. Gallen Executive School of Management, Technology and Law

Nicolas Jacquemart grew up near St.Gallen in Switzerland and in Winterthur near Zurich, where he finished gymnasium. Thanks to his parents he also spent some years abroad in Minneapolis, USA and in Rome, Italy. He graduated with a Bachelor in Law from the University of St.Gallen in 2009 and will be finishing his Master in Law in 2012, also at the University of St.Gallen. During his years in St.Gallen he participated in the C. Vis Moot Court in Vienna in 2009.

Before beginning his Bachelor in St.Gallen Nicolas worked for Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Switzerland. ABB is one of the global leaders in power and automation technology. Even though he then decided to study law, Nicolas has retained a deep interest and fascination with all fields of technology. During his years at the University of St.Gallen he worked at different law firms in Zurich and is now working for WalderWyss in Zurich as a trainee lawyer. At the same time, he is assistant to Prof. Marianne Hilf who is professor for criminal law at the University of St.Gallen.
