Peggy Hollander

Peggy M. Hollander is the founder and managing partner of The Succession Group, Inc. which, under her leadership, has gained widespread recognition for its capabilities in creating innovative, customized, insurance-related wealth-transfer and multi-generational succession plans for an exclusive roster of high-net-worth individuals, families, and affluent business owners.

For more than 20 years Peggy has applied her professional knowledge and experience serving the needs of clients in both the U.S, and abroad, providing advice and counsel regarding succession planning not only for financial assets, but for other valuables such as art collections. Embracing a collaborative approach, Peggy often works closely with established teams of other professional advisors or builds teams of advisors from her wide network of attorneys, accountants, and investment advisors.

Peggy regularly speaks at national conferences and professional meetings on topics ranging from creative business development to charitable giving. She made history in 2005 as the first woman among AXA Advisors’ more than 4,000 financial professionals to earn the company’s National Honor Associate Award, its highest honor. Prior to establishing The Succession Group, she was a practicing CPA.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Peggy is an active philanthropist and is active in a number of civic and cultural organizations. She serves on the United Way Worldwide Planned Giving Committee; the United Way of Miami-Dade’s Board of Directors; and is a member of the United Way’s Alexis de Tocqueville Society. Peggy also serves on the Board of Governors of the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. As immediate past President of the University of Miami Citizens Board, she is Trustee of the University of Miami Board of Trustees. Additionally, she is a member of the International Women’s Forum and an Executive Board Member of the Florida Forum. Peggy also serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged.
