Mike Greenberg is a serial entrepreneur, a mentor, consultant, and advisor for early stage projects, with a focus on technology-related enterprises. His "sweet spot" is helping transform ideas into viable business enterprises. His past projects include work as the CIO, in-house legal counsel, and other management roles in a diverse set of industries including payment processing, software, social networking, philanthropy and fundraising, mobile technology, educational curriculum, and other technologies.
Mike holds a BS in Computer Science (1988), MBA (1992) and JD (1992), all from Duke University. Mike currently practices securities, licensing, and general corporate law representing emerging enterprises in Miami, provides outsourced CIO and general counsel services, operates an early stage venture incubator (Ventures Edge LLC), and has roles in numerous other ventures.
