Marta González specializes in Pharma litigation. She represents and advises clients on health, industrial engineering and transport matters before the Spanish Courts, as well as alternative dispute resolutions. Marta’s recently contentious experience includes the defense of a pharmaceutical company in multiple legal procedures concerning to the liability for defective products marketed by the company.

Before joining Eversheds, Marta joined the Spanish law firm “CJO Lawyers” where she developed her legal practice on litigation, civil, criminal and public law.

Marta has a degree in law by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. After completing her degree, Marta prepared during six years the public competitive examination to join the Judicial and Fiscal Careers. She is lawyer at the Madrid Bar Association. Marta is also the author of several legal papers on publications of reference in Pharma law.
