Denise C. Dyce
Manager of Employee and Labor Relations, North Shore-LIJ Health System
Denise C. Dyce, Esq. currently serves as the Manager of Employee and Labor Relations for over 250 ambulatory care sites of the North Shore-LIJ Health System.
Prior to assuming her role at North Shore, Denise was the Director of Labor Relations for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, after serving for three years at the DEP in the capacity of Assistant Counsel, specializing in Labor and Employment Law. Prior to working at the DEP, Denise worked at Clifford Chance, Rogers and Wells and also some smaller boutique firms specializing in patent litigation.
Denise earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Columbia University; a Master’s Degree in French Language and Civilization from New York University in Paris; and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a classically trained singer who has performed at Carnegie Hall, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and in several international venues.
