Susan de Sousa is an internationally recognised expert in Project Management and is also the founder of MyPMExpert.com, one of the top 5 global Project Management sites in terms of user traffic. Currently she is devising a Legal Project Management Methodology / Framework through a new venture called: Legal-PM, as well as  writing two publisher commissioned PM books; Delivering Impossible Projects Successfully and Legal Project Management.

Previously she has had a hugely varied business background, which encompassed areas such as law, investment banking, freelance journalism and technology / social media startups. In the past 13 years she has been responsible for delivering many of Europe's highest profile programs including: relaunching EuroMillions and creating the Millionaire Raffle (biggest UK Retail Launch 2009), delivering live TV to a mobile phone for BSkyB (1st time outside South Korea), delivering the IT services platform for the launch of 3 (1st video conferencing on a mobile), delivering the first global SMS Aggregator for O2, delivering interactive TV for BBC, and launching the Hallmark HiYa cards globally for Hallmark Cards.

Susan is also a sought after international speaker and frequent contributor to both media & TV. She has spoken recently at The Institute of Engineering and Technology, The Institute of Directors, APMG International Showcase, The City Business Library, Social Media Week and the Minerva Network. She has also provided expert opinion for BBC Business Breakfast, Channel 4 News, NHK (Japanese TV), The Guardian, The Evening Standard,and Computer News ME.
