Nadia D’Agostino is an Associate with Eversheds Law Firm and specialises in international employment law. She regularly advises HR professionals and business managers on day to day employment law matters and on the strategic aspects of wider projects. Nadia’s recent experience includes advising on the employment aspects of several significant corporate transactions, including a reverse takeover spanning 35 jurisdictions, a restructure of a Group’s entities and debt across 18 jurisdictions and a change to a Sales Commission Scheme spanning 15 jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, Australasia and South America. 

Nadia is keen to develop innovative ways of facilitating access to international legal advice and has developed and marketed tools such as the first international HR law application for i-phone and PC on the UK market and a global employment law helpline, guaranteeing advice for clients in any jurisdiction through a single email address within a short timeframe. Nadia also frequently develops and leads live international webinar training sessions for multi-national clients and has presented at conferences on the provision of global client service excellence.

Nadia graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA in Russian and Italian language and literature, before completing her law degree. She has a strong interest in languages and has also studied French, Spanish, Japanese and Latin.
