David Chameli

Public Speaker, Law Department Consultant, Corporate Attorney 

David P. Chameli is a public speaker, law department consultant and corporate attorney licensed to practice in Minnesota, New York and Illinois. David is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and various other state bar associations. He is also a frequent lecturer at events on topics ranging from transportation to antitrust and provides numerous training seminars to procurement professionals and attorneys. David is also a member of the Board for Rainbows (www.rainbows.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing emotional support for children experiencing loss in their lives.

David was previously with Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD), the Fortune 50 parent corporation for Sears, Roebuck and Co, and Kmart Corporation for 11 years as an Associate General Counsel responsible for the legal affairs of the Supply Chain/Logistics, IT and Corporate Procurement business units. He has over 22 years of international and domestic supply chain/transportation law experience as well as with strategic sourcing.

David has an undergraduate degree in History from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and his MBA in Finance, Marketing and Management Strategy at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
