Alanna Bullock
Associate, Eversheds LLP
Alanna Bullock is an associate working in the London office of international law firm Eversheds. She specializes in commercial real estate and has a broad range of experience in advising on investment and development matters, acting for both domestic and international clients. Her recent experience includes advising on a high profile procurement to secure a developer for the first residential phase of the Olympic Park following the Olympic Games in London and the redevelopment, letting and subsequent disposal of a prime office building in London to a German property fund. Alanna also sits on the firm’s corporate social responsibility committee.
Before specialising in real estate, Alanna completed her training contract at Eversheds and trained across a range of departments including real estate, pensions, insurance litigation and corporate including a three month secondment to the Paris office. During this period, she was awarded the City of London Solicitors’ Company’s prize for the trainee showing most potential in the City of London.
Alanna undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP in London. Prior to this, she obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Bristol in French and German and has spent time living and working in France, Germany and Austria, gaining a scholarship to study at the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich, Germany.
