18/19 January: Exaptation in the Law Market: Utilizing Old Ideas in New Places

Purpose: Introduce the idea of exaptation and demonstrate that ideas from other disciplines can be utilized in the field of law to create innovation
25/26 January: Technological Innovations and Law's Response

Purpose: Discuss how technology has changed and enhanced lawyers’ professional lives and how legal education and practice has or has not embraced technology and reaped its benefits
1/2 February: Use of Psychology and Neuroscience in the Law

Purpose: Describe and debate how and when psychology and neuroscience are (and should be) used in the court system to determine culpability, punishment, and rehabilitation measures
8/9 February: How to Identify and Assess the Financials Necessary to Determine the Potential of a New Business Idea

Purpose: The purpose of this session is to articulate the steps each team needs to accomplish (and include in their business or action plan) in order to create a viable Project of Worth. Utilizing a real world example, this session will highlight how to identify and assess the types of calculations and financial data that are necessary to determine the potential of a business.
15/16 February: Great Idea . . . Now What?: Channelling Your Entrepreneurial Spirit

Purpose: Learn how to move a great idea to a viable concept, discuss what it means to be an entrepreneur, and hear some success stories from LawWithoutWalls’ entrepreneurs
22/23 February: Student Project of Worth Updates (closed session; students, Michael, and Michele only)
Purpose: To elicit feedback from Michael Bossone, Michele DeStefano, and other LawWithoutWalls students in order to improve Projects of Worth
29 February/1 March: The Future of Law Professors: Training, Development, and Tenure
Thought Leaders: Bill Henderson, Deborah Rhode, Adrian Sannier, and Robin Runge

Purpose: Discuss and debate the current tenure track faculty model at U.S. law schools.
7/8 March: What is your Brand? Branding Yourself, Your Career, and the Legal Profession
